Salary NS9 £31,364 - £33,024 per annum with extra out of hours payments also due

Pay Award £1,290 from 1April 2024 is still under negotiation.

We are now recruiting for a Domestic Services Team Leader to lead a team of domestic and kitchen staff, based at three Housing with Care schemes, to provide a daily midday meal service and to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness within the communal areas of each scheme.

You will need to have substantial proven experience in the catering or hospitality industry and experience of managing operational, frontline staff.

You will also need the ability to work from three schemes, two in Newark and one near Ollerton.

Finally you will need to be flexible and available outside of working hours on occasion to arrange cover in the event of sickness as both cleaning and meal services operate 365 days per year.
