Inspired by the Café Royal Cocktail Book compiled in 1937, the Green Bar at Hotel Café Royal is a vibrant cocktail destination for contemporary Londoners and hotel guests. Celebrating the diverse history of the location and in the hope of creating new memories and experiences for our guests and patrons today, our passionate bar team have composed a collection of drinks for you to explore, along with a selection of light dishes and sharing small plates.

The Green Bar is open 7 days a week from 12pm to 12am.

Your profile

• A natural elegance and passion for providing a luxurious level of service that is personalised, confident and calm
• An extensive background in a similar role, ideally gained within a high end bar, private members club, or other luxury hospitality environment.
• You will be confidentMixologistwith a proven knowledge of quality spirits, well versed in both classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Your communication skills will be exceptional with the confidence to build strong working relationships and connect with guests visiting us from all over the world
• Immaculate personal grooming
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
