The role of?PastryDemi?Chef De?Partie:

• Cooking seasonal and classic European cuisine, using quality fresh ingredients and adhering to recipes, specifications, and standards.
• Preparation and service of food on a designated section.
• Training and supervising Commis chefs.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Working as part of a professional team within a highly organised, well-equipped kitchen.
• Full-Time and Part-Time roles available

What we're looking for in a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie:

• Previous experience at Demi Chef level or a Commis Chef ready for progression.
• An interest?and knowledge of?classical cooking.
• Good communication skills.
• The desire to strive for excellence and inspire others.
• Is excited by this opportunity and interested in what we do.
• Enjoys working?in a fast-paced environment.
