Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Caribbean dishes, including jerk chicken, curry goat, rice and peas, and more.
? Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
? Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, portion control, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
? Monitor stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
? Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen is compliant with food hygiene standards.
? Assist with menu development and contribute creative input for seasonal or special items.
? Support the front-of-house team during busy periods when needed.

Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, ideally with Caribbean cuisine.
? Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of orders.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
? Passion for delivering high-quality food consistently.
