The Position:Field Service Engineer

Our client Sims automatics is a well-established, family owned business that has been trading for more than 50 years. The company has grown, through time, to become Scotlands leading provider of entertainment, gaming and barware solutions across the hospitality sector, including pubs, clubs and a host of entertainment venues.

• Average 40 hours per week over an eight-week cycle (including alternate weekends).
• Repair and servicing the range of equipment we supply (except EPOS) in our customers premises throughout Scotland.
• Operating out of our Glasgow or Dunfermline depots.

The Candidate:

• Experience in servicing and repairing electrical and electronic equipment in the field would be an advantage.
• Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical engineering qualifications.
• Good customer facing skills.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Resides in postcodes DD, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, PA.

This position represents an opportunity to join their Field Service Team and may suit someone seeking secure employment who is eager to learn new skills. Training on all their products is delivered in-house from their experienced specialists both in their workshop and in the field.

• Annual Salary £28k (during training) to £30K+.
