Were looking for a new Support Worker to join our service in Pagham, Bognor Regis,which ishome to 6 adults with learning disabilities.As a Support Worker, your role involves supporting people with their everyday needse.g.personal care and cleaning their homeaswell ashobbiese.g.walks along the beach with a tea and cake pitstop, theatre trips, cycling, kayakingand anything else that interests the clients.

Working pattern

Rotas are created 3-6 months in advance, with a 4-week rolling rota. Early shifts start at 7 amandlate shifts finish at 10 pm, with youbeing offereda combination of 6 & 8 hour shifts. The occasional sleep-in may be requiredandyou will receive4weekend days offper month.

Any extra hours worked above full-time (37 hours per week)are paidat an enhance rate of13% = £14.42 per hour.

We require our Support Workers to hold a full manual driving licence due to the remote location of the service, youwill also be required to transport clients using their own vehicles.
