We are looking for a Chef de Partie who will be:

Running and supervise any kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef

Ensuring all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service

Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods

Cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently

If you can demonstrate great communication skills, a good work ethic and a willingness to deliver a natural and yet exceptional, luxury five star service to our guests, we would love to hear from you!
