About the Role:

As a Floor Manager at The Lighterman, you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our large, high-volume restaurant and bars. This hands-on position requires a creative and solution-focused approach to effectively manage both guests and team members. From engaging with guests to ensuring seamless service, you'll be instrumental in upholding our commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Passionate about team development, you'll nurture talent and foster a culture of excellence among our staff.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and exceeding expectations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
