Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Luxury Hotel - Wales

Salary: Up to £32,000 + service charge

Location: Wales

My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their fine dining restaurant in this Luxury hotel in Wales. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic group with huge ambitions. As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the F&B Manager and oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

• Fine dining experience with a contemporary sharing platter concept

About the position

• Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
• Manage the P&L, forecasting and budgeting
• Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
• Report to the F&B Director

The successful candidate

• At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end restaurant
• A born leader with a can-do attitude
• Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
• A dynamic and motivated individual
