The Sales Manager for our Mid-Market New Business Private Sector will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales initiatives within the USME segment. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed annual sales targets by acquiring new business and fostering strong relationships with key clients. You will lead and mentor a high-performing Sales Team to ensure the consistent growth of our enterprise customer base.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve contract revenues in alignment with the Company's Business plan, Commission scheme, and individual sales targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Payroll and Human Resources market, staying attuned to its culture, changes, and structure.
  • Gain proficiency in our software, iTrent, and comprehend Managed Service delivery at all levels.
  • Drive the LME & Enterprise sales teams to execute effective sales activities, ensuring successful closure of new business sales.
  • Plan and present sales activities meticulously with appropriate support.
  • Ensure all sales related documentation is prepared and despatched to maintain accepted standards of continuity with prospects.
  • Generation and maintenance of the pipeline by the CRM system
  • Ensure bid review and contractual paperwork is producing accurately and with the required approvals
  • Competitive activity, analysis and feedback. as and when required
  • Market and business awareness from reading articles, periodicals and discussion.
  • Encourage self-generation and manage the pipeline with sufficient coverage to meet the business plan targets.
  • Create an environment conducive to identifying and shaping opportunities with new prospects, employing a consultative value-based sales approach.

  • Ability to create and shape opportunities with new name prospects using a consultative value based sales proposition
  • Accuracy in forecasting and pipeline management
