Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager at Siemlus, located in Milton Keynes with flexibility for remote work. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities.
- Attending network events and client presentations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to propose tailored solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the hotel sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hotel industry.
- Generate leads, pursue opportunities, and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and technology integration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
