30 cover authentic French restaurant in West London is actively recruiting a hands on Sous Chef.Small team, the Sous Chef should be a good team player and also have management skillsTraditional French cuisine served. Fine seasonal produce used. All made from scratchThe Sous Chef should be organised and calmPrevious stable background in French restaurants is ESSENTIAL
Conditions and Benefits:- 2 consecutive days off; restaurant closed on Monday- Up to £200 a month in tips on top- Competitive salary of £38,000 for a 30 cover restaurant- 45 hours a week- Overtime paid- 2 doubles and 3 straight shifts
