What youll get up to?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead and manage our clients multiple brands and business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in digital marketing, brand management, and communications.

• Create and deliverthe marketing strategy including adynamic digital & brand marketing plantobuild brand awarenessandincrease footfallacross the group.
• Design and deliver an annual programme of Marketing campaigns to support hotel need periods and maximise market opportunities.
• Lead on thecreative developmentof the brands look & feel acrosscampaigns.
• Work in collaboration with the General Managers design and deliver of strategic marketing plans for all hotels within the group.
• Run a variety of simultaneous projects across the sites including F&B / branding projects, system improvements and commercial strategies for the hotels.
• Manage allmarketing activitytobudget, fromnew openings, toagency, tobrand activations.
• Leading in the futureto deliverexciting and creativework anddevelopingthem to be theleaders of the future.
• Keep ittrendy utilise yourdigital expertiseto keep the brandahead of the curveacross theirsocials.
