Location: Rotherham

Salary: £18.41 - £19.32 per hour (dependant on qualifications and experience) plus holiday pay

Hours: Part time, 10 hours per week

Contract: Temporary, October 2024 June 2025

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a beauty professional to move into the classroom to share your knowledge and expertise influencing the next generation of learners.

You will deliver Beauty Therapy to students on L2-L3 courses, working with students to ensure they achieve their best potential. In this role you can influence and contribute towards the College's provision in this key area. You will have the opportunity not only to impart your knowledge and expertise to college students, but ultimately will make an impact on the wider community.

You will play a key role in delivering outstanding quality teaching, learning and assessment which will support students to achieve their best no matter what their challenges are to do so, and present yourself as a positive role model to students.

Skills and Qualifications

• hold a Level 5 teaching qualification & assessors award
• hold a professional qualification in Beauty (ideally upto Level 4)
• hold Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent)
• be well organised and able to manage your own workload
• ideally have experience of teaching in FE
