Salary: Upwards of £31,000 per annum, plus bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS)

What you will be doing:

Undertake MOTs and re-tests, working within the DVSA framework (class 1-4 MOT Tester)
Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles, identifying problems. Carry out auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tyre rotation, repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts
Liaise with other departments necessary for repairs
Record work done and tests carried out. Report any further work required or vehicle faults to the service team
Assist the service team by returning and moving customers vehicles as required

What we need from you:

Qualified Class 1-4 MOT tester, with a current and in-date MOT licence and a minimum of 2 years as an MOT tester
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified technician
Full manual driving licence, bike licence would be an advantage
Ability to manage your time efficiently, to achieve high productivity
Great communication, self-motivated and customer-focused

You may have experience in the following: Technician, MOT Inspector, Auto Repair Technician, Vehicle Diagnostic Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Car Service Specialist, Motor Vehicle Technician, Automotive Maintenance Specialist, Vehicle Inspection Technician, and Mechanical Service Engineer.
