The Omnichannel Services & Solutions (OSS) Consent & Preference Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing evolution of our cookie banner, consent, and preference management solutioning services across all digital web properties globally. This colleague will partner with appropriate business and digital product/platform owners to ensure that the service to rollout and maintain cookie banner, consent and preference management solutions are well-defined and scalable to meet global needs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the digital/technical omnichannel data privacy SME specifically for cookie consent banner, and consent & preference management.
  • Lead programs and projects to deliver solutions for cookie consent banner, consent, and preference management across commercial marketing websites globally.
  • Partner with CMO, EP&S and C4 Platform Engineering teams on enterprise-wide efforts to establish new consent and preference management solutions based on technologies like OneTrust.
  • Has a solid understanding of impact of cookie consent solutions including cookie classifications on marketing promotions especially as it relates to Cross-contextual Behavioral Advertising (CCBA).
  • Oversee any remediation of Tag Management Solutions across global web properties, ensuring accurate tagging to comply with applicable cookie consent policies.
  • Participate and sometimes lead the vendor/supplier assessment efforts when it comes to tools, technologies and suppliers being used on OSS-led websites.
  • Draft, review and revise applicable policies and procedures to ensure that the digital assets comply with local/regional privacy laws and regulations.
  • Lead data privacy impact assessments using the OneTrust privacy module.
  • Ensure audit readiness when it comes to compliance against privacy laws on our digital assets.
  • Lead vendor renewal discussions and manage services budget as necessary.
  • Continuously adapt to changing business and digital requirements and technology changes.
Required profile:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or related disciplines.
  • 7+ years of IT experience particularly in the Digital Marketing & Websites area
  • 5+ years of professional experience managing and deploying cookie banner, consent, and preference management solutions.
  • 1-3 years professional experience as developer, QA specialist, project manager, analyst, or similar role
  • Has working knowledge of OneTrust cookie banner, and consent/preference management solutions.
  • Has working knowledge of privacy laws including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.
  • Has a strong understanding of the implications of broad and narrow opt-ins when it comes to consent and preference management.
  • Working knowledge and Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Working knowledge of website development and coding concepts
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High level of motivation with ability to work as well autonomously as collaboratively.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with both creative and business-oriented colleagues and partners.
Preferred
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge and some experience with tag management solutions, such as Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Google Tag Manager, or Tealium
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $131,200.00 to $218,600.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. * The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $118,100.00 to $196,800.00.
