Job Description:

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding client base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will lead the sales team, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure that the company is at the forefront of the event catering industry. If you have a proven track record in sales, a passion for the events industry, and a knack for building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.


  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the company and secure new business.
  • Oversee the development of tailored proposals and presentations that meet client needs and showcase our capabilities.


  • Revenue Growth:
  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross selling services.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the event catering or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and attention to detail.
