3D Creative Lead

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a successful and established design and manufacturing specialist serving the retail and hospitality sectors. We are looking for a passionate 3D Creative Lead to play a key role in mentoring a team of junior & midweight creative designers and provide support for the day-to-day handling of all creative projects. This permanent role is based on site full-time in north Leicestershire, salary £50k-£60k depending on experience.

About the Role

As 3D Creative lead, you will play a pivotal role in the creative team, supporting the Creative Director with mentoring and supporting the creative designers, and working closely with the technical team. You will nurture the creative designers with their ideas and rationale, as well as their choices around materials, surface patterns and fixtures, helping them develop their conceptual and design abilities. You will be involved with a broad range of retail marketing and brand activation for an impressive client list, this includes point-of-sale fixtures, Experiences & Environments, Brand Activation pop-ups, Branding & Communications. You will at times be hands-on with the design work, but importantly, you will be supporting the team and their needs.

About You

You are a Senior 3D Designer with experience in mentoring creative designers, you love this part of your role and are passionate about helping others develop their craft and improve their skills. You have spent significant time in design for retail or hospitality brands and have vast knowledge of a wide range of design solutions across retail marketing and brand activation. You have a keen interest in creative strategy and consumer behaviour and want to be part of a team where you can grow your knowledge and skills in these areas.
