Responsibilities:- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the specialty section.- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.- Ensure all food preparation and presentation adhere to standards set by the restaurant.- Supervise and support junior chefs in their daily tasks.- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with health and safety regulations.- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring their work meets the restaurants high standards.- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
