Job Description
**Join our team and drive our brand-new Kenworth and Freightliner trucks!**
We're growing our fleet, making it the perfect time to come aboard!
Here's what we offer:
- Starting pay for CDL teams at $0.70 per mile, increasing to $0.80 per mile after a successful 90-day review
- State-of-the-art Kenworth and Freightliner rigs
- Predominantly West Coast routes
- No-touch freight; dock-to-truck loading
- Detention compensation of $15/hour per driver after the first two hours
- Comdata fuel cards provided
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability insurance, supplementary life insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off (PTO), plus a complimentary box of produce weekly through our Family Eats First program.
- Driver referral bonus program
What we expect from you:
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no more than two violations in the past three years (no major violations)
- Preferably at least one year of CDL driving experience
