Hotel Renovation Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the renovation of a historical hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, renovation, hotel and/or multi-family experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed project plan and timeline in coordination with the hotel owners and contractors.
• Monitor and oversee the progress of the renovation project, making necessary changes and updates to the plan as needed.
• Manage day-to-day operations throughout the renovation, working to ensure all aspects of the project are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all contractors and suppliers are adhering to the appropriate safety regulations and standards.
• Manage all aspects of the budget for the project and work with the hotel owners to ensure all costs are kept under control.
• Perform regular inspections of the renovation work and ensure quality is maintained throughout the process.
• Resolve any conflicts between contractors and hotel owners.
• Communicate regularly with the hotel owners and other stakeholders to ensure the project is on track.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, renovation, hotel and/or multi-family experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Strong budgeting skills and ability to manage costs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
