Position Description

EōS Fitness is growing FAST and are now in search of a Project Manager! This position will be responsible for traveling to multiple projects weekly, managing all aspects of the project inclusive of, schedule, quality, change orders, vendor coordination, overall cost management, invoicing/securing payments, and permit coordination.

Department: Development/Construction

Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Responsibilities:

  • 5 years minimum of project management/superintendent experience in Retail/fitness/restaurant/Tenant Improvement projects required, ground up project is preferred.
  • BS in construction management preferred.
  • Proficient in construction management software such as Procore.
  • Experience in change order management, contractual negotiation/review, quality assurance/management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
  • Previous experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.

Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass background check.
  • Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and vendors.
  • Ability to access and operate Company computer system including prepare documents, enter data into computer system, read reports from a computer database or email system.
  • Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.

Schedule: Monday -- Friday, weekends holidays as needed
