Carillon Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Renovations Worker to join our team!

The Renovations Worker is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the renovations department. Conducting under supervisor direction, construction-related tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, form setting, etc.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Renovations Worker

* Performs construction-related duties such as: form setting, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and excavations.
* Operates company truck for the purpose of transporting workers, construction materials, and light equipment.
* Performs daily tasks in a safe and workman-like manner in accordance with company policies.
* Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
* Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge and Ability

* Knowledge of equipment used in construction or other related work.
* Skill in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with others.
* Have the ability to learn simple tasks.
* Have the ability to operate hand and power tools.
* Have the ability to lift and carry equipment or materials applicable to the assigned work.
* Have the ability to understand oral and written instructions.
* Have the ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams.

Education and Experience

* Have a High School diploma/GED.
* Have some Technical Schooling and/or background preferred.
* Minimum of one-year experience building construction, maintenance, or general labor services.
