The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing a robust corporate strategy focused on expanding Ruuby's presence across hospitality and corporate wellness, leveraging our unique beauty service offerings. Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive corporate strategy that aligns with Ruuby’s mission and market opportunities, aiming to significantly grow our business presence and revenue within the sector

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential business partners in the hospitality and branded sectors through industry contacts and strategic outreach, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities

• Sales and Closing: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, showcasing Ruuby’s value proposition to potential clients and effectively negotiating terms to secure new partnerships

• Sales Enablement: Develop tailored proposals and enablement materials that help to close deals and address the specific needs of each client, ensuring a high rate of conversion and client satisfaction

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a growing B2B team of sales and account managers ensuring departmental goals are achieved

• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the beauty, hospitality, and corporate wellness industries for trends and opportunities, leveraging insights to refine and adapt your strategy

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ruuby’s marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and to align on broader company initiatives
