Are you a banking solicitor interested in working for a leading global law firm as part of their highly regarded banking & finance practice in their Edinburgh office?

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an exciting range of clients across fintech, technology, media, energy, life sciences, healthcare, hotels etc on a broad range of complex and challenging banking & finance transactions. The role would suit an experienced banking solicitor with 1 to 5 years PQE within a banking/finance practice. The role is based in their Edinburgh office.

The Role

Working within this 3 Partner practice you will advise a broad range of clients both lender and borrower clients on a wide range of complex and challenging banking & finance transactions. This will include leveraged and acquisition finance, TMT finance, corporate lending and funds finance. You will also be required to advise clients and give legal opinions and draft a range of banking & finance documentation.

You will be!

• Qualified Solicitor - Scotland/England & Wales
• 1 to 5 years PQE with your PQE gained within a banking & finance practice
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team
• Excellent business development skills
