The Role:

Our client is a fabulous Boutique Hotel situated in a wonderful part of the New Forest and they are looking to recruit a breakfast chef to join their brigade. The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily.

This company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. The hotel is based in a stunning location with a unique twist and has an amazing reputation and stunning views across the sea.

You will work 5/7 days, contracted to 48 hours per week. Evenings off.
The role is a live out role so own transport is required..

Your main responsibilities as Breakfast Chef will include:

" Delivering a first class Breakfast service and supporting the main chefs with lunch
" Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
" To ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect to the set standards

What you need to get the Breakfast Chef job

" Experience as a breakfast chef in a quality environment ideally a 4 star or boutique hotel
" Fresh cooking experience
" Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent
" Passionate about food
" Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
