Maintenance Engineer

Bespak are looking for a permanent, Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer on the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary for the role is between £42k and £47K, which includes the shift allowance. Benefits include 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and medical / dental / health / life insurance.

Working Pattern:Mon to Friday No Weekends- Rotating 3 shift pattern

Week 1 2pm to 10:30pm - Week 26am to 2:30pm - Week 3 10pm to 6:30am

Aa Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of moulding, assembly, and packaging systems within our operational areas. You will be working on a range of assets, mainly cam driven assembly systems and a variety of injection moulding machines ranging from 50t to 300t incorporating automation and robotics, therefore this role will offer an opportunity to work with a variety of equipment.

As a Maintenance Engineer your duties will include:

• Reactive repairs and undertake root cause investigations.
• Schedule and undertake PPM.
• Provide systems maintenance knowledge, training, and advice.
• Assist with the installation, debug and validation of process equipment.
• Identify/propose process and systems improvement opportunities.

Maintenance Engineer, key skills and experience:

• Level 3 engineering / HNC / degree (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Dual skilled, mechanical, and electrical
• PLC understanding and CMMS experience.
• Working knowledge of statistical control systems.
• Able to use drawing manuals and circuit diagrams.

This would suite someone in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician / Engineer, Electro / Mechanical, Engineering Technician, Electrical & Mechanical or recently qualified Engineering Level 3 Apprenticeship role.
