Senior UI/UX Designer

Senior Product Designer | £80-90,000 | London Hybrid

I am looking for a UI leaning Product Designer to join an exciting Fintech Start-Up. We're seeking a passionate individual who is driven to deliver genuine value to users and eager to join a seasoned design team with bold aspirations.

Hybrid: 2 Days per week in central London office

Salary: Up to £90,000

Reporting to: Head of Product and Service Design

Apart from having solid experience working as a Product Designer...

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience working as part of an in-house team, with examples of your ability to influence stakeholders and justify design decisions
• Background in start-up or scale-up environment
• Strong end-to-end ux/ui and research skills, with a particular focus on creative UI (which is demonstrated in your portfolio)

Unfortunately, you likely won't be the right fit if:

• The bulk of your experience is as a contractor or working within agencies
• Your portfolio does not have a heavy focus on UI
