Sous Chef

Berkeley Scott are partnered with an award-winning Luxury Spa Hotel with Wedding Venue and Golf Club to help them find a Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. You will be cooking with great quality fresh local produce to a high standard and striving for accolades.

Your new role as our Sous Chef:

• Cooking with the best locally sourced ingredients
• Managing and development of the brigade
• Creative input into the menu ensuring quality and variety
• Scratch cooking to a Rosette standard
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards as required
• Maintaining a high level of kitchen cleanliness

What we ask of you:

• Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high quality hotel setting
• Experience of high volume banqueting
• Creativity and experience of developing menus
• Must be organised and a good communicator
