Head Chef for Restaurant with Rooms

• Salary is 42k plus additional 4k in Bonuses and tips and service - up to £50k total Package
• As head chef you will be working Straightshifts
• Heading up the whole kitchen operation including paperwork, HACCP etc
• Free reign on menu development
• Team of 5 Chefs
• Style of food is modern Italian with Seafood
• 100-cover restaurant
• We are looking for a Head Chef who is a hands-on chef, A head chef who has previous experience of writing your own menus whilst training and developing the current team
• We need a chef who wants to run the food operation like its your own business
