The Role of General Manager:
Ideal candidates will come from a strong branded restaurant background, eager to help grow and strengthen this fantastic restaurant group. The site makes money around £70,000 a week and you will be leading a team of around 60. This role is all about leadership, ownership, and driving the business's commercial success while maintaining the company's core values of great food, people, and casual service. This is a branded concept, so they are looking for people who thrive in this environment,

The Ideal General Manager:

  • Full accountability for the restaurant with strong 360-degree management skills.

  • Strong financial acumen, comfortable managing audits and ensuring compliance.
