We're looking for a chef with a passion for food and service to lead this small kitchen in preparing and serving great simple plates of food made from largely fresh ingredients. You will have a good repertoire of dishes from full English breakfast to light lunches and hearty home cooked dishes to include pub classics.

Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen you will assist with ordering and work closely with the owners to ensure good stock management. You will assist with menus and take overall responsibility for ensuring the kitchen is maintained in a safe and hygienic manner. Minimum 2 years experience of working as a head chef / head cook required.
