Marketing Executive

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at New Generation Ski and Snowboard School. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and interested in the snowsports industry. This role will involve researching market trends, creating compelling content, managing marketing campaigns, organising events, and maintaining the company's online presence.

Salary - £28,000 - 35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing and communications plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Analyse market trends and guest insights to inform strategic decision-making. Set clear objectives and KPIs for marketing campaigns.
• Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution and evaluation.
• Develop compelling content and messaging to engage target audiences.
• Utilise digital channels effectively to reach and convert prospects.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise strategies accordingly.
• Create high-quality content (e.g., articles, blog posts, social media posts) to support marketing objectives.
• Manage content calendars, ensure consistency in brand messaging, and optimise content for SEO to improve website visibility.
• Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC).
• Utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals, and provide regular campaign performance and insights updates.

Your Experience :

• Proven expertise in crafting and optimising digital campaigns across various channels, including video production.
• Skilled in utilising digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, CMS, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
• Adept at managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Driven and determined professional with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Collaborative and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Creative thinker capable of developing innovative solutions and overcoming challenges.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Dot Digital, CRM Systems (Ideally Hubspot), and image/video editing software.
