Bar Manager position in a fun, fast paced and high-quality burger restaurant.

What you need:

To be a people leader: Recruit, onboard, develop, inspire and show them how its done!

Customer service excellence: We treat every customer like they are mates who have come over for a BBQ. Drinks should always be full, food always the best, restaurant looking top notch, music on point and laughs always had!

Operational management: If its broken can you find the solution? Managing wait times and customer expectations.

Inventory and supply chain management: Always on top of all stock, know whats in the walk in! Know who to call if something hasnt turned up! And cellar management is a must!

Performance monitoring and development: Able to have those tricky conversations, big people up, recognize the superstars and push them to their full potential.

Attention to detail: We mix some amazing cocktails at high speed but never compromise on quality.

Get it done attitude: Service is fast and at times intense. If you are someone who thrives under pressure without losing your attention to detail and standards then we want you!!!!
