The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role previously in London. Have a wide range of knowledge of wine and wine pairing. Have amazing customer service and knowledge of the food and wine industry.

Work at one of the most exciting new openings of the past year in London.

Room for growth within the company as we expand into new projects and chances to be involved in spectacular one-off events.

Scope to grow individual social media profiles through collaborative work with the restaurant.

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Executive Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.
