A family run pub known for its hospitality, warm welcome and great doo, are looking for a Sous Chef to become an intergral part of their super kitchen. Serving a menu that changes daily depending on the local produce they need a creative and enthusiastic Sous Chef.

As Sous Chef you must have great management skills, be creative with food and be ready to be involved with all aspects of running this busy pub. We are looking for a real foodie who is able to demonstrate a good track record in fresh food based environments.
