JWR is excited to be working with an award winning hotel located in Cornwall, looking for an ambitious Head Chef to join the team

As Head Chef you will have to display individual style and flair across all menus, including, breakfast, lunch, dinner & afternoon tea with a balance of classic and modern dishes, while using the best local & seasonal produce available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Chef to join a highly successful company and stamp their identity on the restaurant.

Salary:

• Up to £50k+ Bonus & Service (OTE £60k+)

Required Skills:

• Currently a Head Chef within a similar role
• Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
• Adhere to food safety legislation
• Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
• Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
• Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions
• Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
• Manage ordering and controlling of stock
• Passionate about food, standards & results
• Maintain company GP %
