Job Description
This well-appointed independent pub are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join the management team.
With a busy pub restaurant and well-equipped function space this property also has some bedrooms attached and serves breakfasts.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for the training and development of a team of nine. You will be responsible for developing the menus with a mixture of pub classics and some new dishes. Plus, function menus from weddings to corporate lunches.
For this Head Chef role you must have worked to Head Chef level preferably within a busy "Gastro" pub environment. You must be proficient at function work and have a good track record on achieving food gross profit and high EHO scores.
Along with a decent salary there is a bonus and share of the service charge.
