Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost hotel revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel industry professionals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to support expansion.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, setting new standards for success.
  • Work closely with the revenue management team to optimise pricing strategies and maximize profits.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and stay informed about market trends.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events to increase our visibility.


Ideal Candidate

  • Exceptional ability to identify and target potential customers, with a knack for generating new business leads.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with corporate clients, travel agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage customer interactions.
  • You will be a dynamic and results-driven individual passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of closing sales and upselling services effectively
  • An innovative thinker who stays informed about industry trends and developments to make informed decisions.
