Head Chef Restaurant

My client, a 90+ cover steak restaurant and cocktail bar, require a Head Chef to lead their kitchen brigade.
The successful candidate will lead a kitchen brigade of 5 with varying abilities and already have at least 2 years experience of working as a senior Chef with fresh ingredients.
The Head Chef roles offer:-

• Annual salary up to £45,000 per annum for a 45 hour contract
• Tronc on top
• Quarterly bonus scheme
• Company pension scheme
• Private health care

The Ideal Head Chef will:

• Must have at least Sous or Senior Sour experience for 2+ years working with fresh ingredients.
• Must demonstrate longevity in their role with 2+ years experience.
• Ensure that the kitchen is kept to highest standards to ensure compliance with all regulations
• Must not require live-in
