• £39,000 per annum plus £2,000 to £3,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef

• Crafting a variety of picture-perfect seasonal dishes that celebrate the seasons
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
• Going above and beyond to perfect culinary and kitchen management skills
• Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
• Letting your creative juices flow as you explore fresh, locally sourced ingredients
