The highly acclaimed award winning Potting Shed Pub in Crudwell, on the edge of the Cotswolds, near Cirencester is looking for an outstanding General Manager to lead the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Manager who is looking to take on a serious role in an extremely busy environment delivering great food, drink and hospitality.

About the Role of General Manager
We are looking for a natural leader, bursting with positivity, personality and professionalism. Experience is a must as you need to hit the ground running.
The Ideal General Manager Candidate We Are Looking For:

- Proven hospitality experience
- Organised with the ability to multi-task
- Keen eye for detail
- Flexibility and problem solving ability

The General Manager Responsibilities include:
- Being the face of the Pub.
- take the team forward through organised and consistent leadership.
- Drive 5* standards through everything that you do
- Weekly duties such as stock counts, ordering, menu development, rotas, reporting, chairing weekly meetings.
- Maintenance of the building, health and safety procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Management: 3 years (Required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
