Trusts Solicitor

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a regional legal 500 firm on a part time basis (full time if desired). You will be dealing with mid to high-net-worth clients and managing trust accounts, inheritance tax, capital gains and managing tax compliance. The firm has a tight knit private client team and requires a specialised trust solicitor to handle both existing and new clients.

You will have managed your own caseload, be 5+ PQE, be experienced in complex private client matters to include trusts, wills, estates and probate. Although non-essential, it would be desirable to be STEP qualified.
