JLH are currently working with a fantastic group hotel that is looking for a Head Chef to lead their brigade. You'll be charge of developing and naturing the team whilst maintaining the brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in running multi outlets, be able to deliver high quality events as well as delivering large volume for larger functions. Brand experience would be advantageous but not essential.
