The Role: Iam seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to lead the restaurant team. Serving primarily hotel guests, the restaurant focuses on modern British cuisine. You will be overseeing a brigade of 5 chefs, ensuring high standards in both food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 chefs.
• Menu Development: Design and implement creative and contemporary British menus.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Budget Management: Manage food costs and ensure budget adherence.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent dining experiences for our guests.
