Food and Beverage SupervisorLocation: Hampshire, 5* VenueLive in is available
This luxury country house hotel and spa set in the heart of the New Forest are renowned for their ezquisite hospitality and serene setting. Their Spa facilities are amazing and are looking for someone to come in on a supervisory/managerial capacity to help run the Spa Wellness Cafe. This is a permanent position and you will be working 5 days a week (invcluding some weekends). The cafe is open until 8pm at night.
Your duties will involve making sure all your guests are well looked after and serviyou offer an amazing service. Serving light bites, drinks and refreshments you'll really enjoy interacting with our guests and making sure their stay with us in memorable by your amazing service, the freshest seasonal produce. Behind the scenes you'll be keeping an eye on stocks, making sure the area is clean, following the latest food safety guidelines and health and safety protocols.
If you have food and drink service experience and are ready to come into an operation at supervisory level this is a great opportunity to work with a luxury brand. The hotel offers numerous benefits, a competitive starting salary of £27300 plus a service charge of £3500 which is paid to you monthly. For those wishing to relocate live in is available too at subsidised cost.
