THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER AT THE CROWN HOTEL HARROGATE

What you'll be doing...

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant during your shift. This will involve running service, providing A La Carte offering, as well as dealing with large group tours as well as assisting with events and weddings. Your focus will be service orientated ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

You will report to a Food & Beverage Manager who oversees all aspects of food and beverage across the hotel and you will deputise in their absence.

As part of the management team, there would also be the expectation of Duty Manager responsbilties which involves being responsible and taking ownership of issues that may arise within the business therefore good problem solving and the ability to delgate and mediate will give you that edge.
