Are you a passionate chef who is enthusiastic about creating dishes using locally sourced fresh ingredients, looking for a role that offers you the freedom to put your own stamp on the menu? This could be the role for you. You will be ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation are developed and maintained in a two AA Rosette restaurant.

Chef de Partie Ideal Profile

• Demonstrated ability in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a large-scale operation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• A solid understanding of food safety and commitment to high-quality standards
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently under pressure
• Creative culinary skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement

Chef de Partie Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent high quality of food preparation and presentation
• Manage daily kitchen operations across all sections effectively
• Collaborate with the senior culinary team to enhance menu offerings and kitchen practices
• Uphold stringent food safety and hygiene standards
• Contribute to the team's efforts in maximising kitchen productivity and profitability
