Purpose of a Sales Manager:

To deliver the agreed NCP revenue targets by utilising the Companys sales-based methodology. The role holder is responsible for their teams sales productivity and should ensure all efforts are made to achieving the Companys targets linked to the sales budgets (Season Tickets and associated Products). Management of the team is essential to the delivery of the business target objective, hold accountable for non-achievement of targets.

Outbound sales activity needs to be conducted with KPIs set, outbound data is captured with a follow process to ensure that the lead is exhausted. Use of the admin team to drive appointments for the Filed Sales Team (Regional Sales Executives) is extremely important, these are outbound activities which are important to NCPs B2B clients and management of.

Sales and Administration Manager is accountable for the sale of NCPs Products and Services to all segments including Retail, Commuter, Hospitality and Leisure, both B2C and B2B, also working in collaboration with the Commercial team to increase revenue and volume at individual car park level (Primarily Season Ticket products). Offering a discount to a product that is already discounted is non-negotiable and the objective is to drive value in the products are the location of the car parks, concentrate on selling features/advantages and benefits to the consumer. Revenue and volume targets set based on target audience and the revenue line identified within the P & L. The role is primarily to drive growth in the existing leased estate, however other areas of the business will require the team's assistance from time to time.

The focus is to accelerate the sale of NCPs products driving commercial sales at car park level (Site by Site) leverage all internal resources to support outcomes, complying with internal processes as appropriate.

What You'll be doing as a Sales Manager:

  • Achieving a team target thats aligned to budget.
  • Ensuring that each Telesales Executive achieve targets aligned to budget.
  • Outbound sales process set with minimal KPIs.
  • Converting inbound sales leads into profitable new business
  • Driving daily performance against set target
  • Asist with migration from ATOS to digital platform App/Web
  • Implementing a yielding strategy to drive revenue through the telesales team.
  • Compiling & analysing sales figures to report back to the wider business.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to both existing and new customers
  • Driving the implementation and growth of new products into both new & existing business
  • Perform monthly 1-2-1s with the telesales team to develop individuals.
  • Setting yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the overall sales strategy
  • Responsibility for monitoring competitor activity
  • Ensuring accurate input of data into Microsoft CRM
  • To manage customer misuse of season tickets ensuring adherence to Ts and Cs
  • Manage and monitor webchats which come into the sales team for quality purposes.
  • Distribution of contact us via the website ensuring customers are contacted within 24 hours SLA.
  • Responsible for the leadership and management of all colleagues who report into this role. This consists of setting clear direction and standards, continuously reviewing performance against expectations, providing motivation and coaching supporting and addressing any gaps in performance.

What You'll Bring to the role of Sales Manager:

  • Clear understanding of the sales cycle
  • The ability to carry out sales training to deliver to individuals or in a classroom.
  • Being able to conduct monthly 121s and recognise areas for development and set annualised objectives.
  • Understand how to set targets and KPIs, which in turn will drive a pre-determined result.
