Restaurant Manager

Berkeley Scott is partnered with a Michelin star standard establishment to help them find a Restaurant Manager to run their food and beverage. You will be responsible for the running of the daily operation working closely with the Executive Head Chef and General Manager. Part of an exciting company with exciting plans for the future with expansion planned. They are looking for a candidate that is from multiple rosette or Michelin property.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Proven Rosette or Michelin experience
• Good understanding of food and beverage
